GDPR Policy

This article explains how to work GDPR Policy view.
In GDPR Policy section various GDPR regulations, guidelines, or internal rules can be stored. These regulations may be retained even if they are no longer valid.
Working with GDPR Policy view
Click on Choose File button to select the file you want to keep in the application. Click Upload to confirm the action. Uploaded files can be not only easily downloaded or deleted, but also marked as valid or not.
Column description
| Column name | Description |

| File Name | The file name under which the file was saved on the user's computer |
| Date Uploaded | Date when the file was uploaded to the application |
| Uploaded by | User name of the uploader |
| File size | File size in MB |
| Status | Information about the effectiveness and revocation of the regulation |
| Action | You can use the buttons to make file effective / revocated, download it to computer, or delete it from the interface. |
Making file effective and revocated
If the regulation is currently valid, click the Make effective button. A window will appear in which you can set the exact date of the implementation of the order. Click OK to confirm. 
The status of regulation is now valid and marked by "thumbs up" icon.
If a new order has already been uploaded and the original is no longer valid, click on Revocate. A window with the option of setting the exact date of the invalidation of the order will appear.
Its status is marked by "thumbs down" icon and in the detail will appear the date when regulation was effective and the date when it's no longer effective.
