Personal data overview
This is the overview of the individual: his full name, number of records that contain personal information about the individual and total amount of these information. There are two types of personal information in GDPR Explorer. Firstly "hard data" coming from the Subject DB are listed in the “Personal data in evidence” table. Secondly “soft data” - personal information automatically recognized by the personal data identification engine in records from connected source systems and matched to the individual based on the "hard data" - these are called Personal data items. Please refer to the Getting started with GDPR Explorer to understand more about the concept.
Personal profile setting | Description |
---|---|
ARCHIVE PROFILE | By clicking on the button, the subject profile will be archived and not to be found in the subject database. |
EDIT PROFILE | By clicking on the button, you are able to edit personal data in evidence. After adding changes, click SAVE PROFILE. All changes are visible. |
NEW REQUEST | By clicking on, you can initiate new request for this subject. |
Personal data in evidence
This table shows all information in hard evidence of your organization. These data come from the Subject DB (please refer to the Getting started with GDPR Explorer to understand the concept of the Subject DB).
Subject historic data
If you edited subject's personal information, you will see these changes in the drop down menu. New data are visible in Personal data in evidence, original data are displayed in Subject historic data.
Personal data items
These are personal information automatically recognized in the source systems by the Personal Data Identification engine. The number visible next to personal data represents number of occurrences of that personal data in documents.
Subject documents
Here you can attach subject's requests in electronic form as an exported email in text format or scanned image. Choose file from your computer and click Upload. Basic information about file are displayed and it can be downloaded or deleted.
Request History
In this list you can see all requests created for this individual (data subject). In this case, one "Restrict processing" request.
